A LIFE WELL LIVED

May 08, 2025 | By: Emmanuel Ahiale

Your life was a testament to hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to faith, family, and profession. Your journey from a small town in Kadjebi, Have-Kofe to becoming a respected professional in the maritime and drilling industries was a reflection of your dedication, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Throughout your life, you were known for your unwavering commitment to excellence, your dedication to safety, and strong leadership. Your career in the maritime and drilling industries were marked by series of accomplishments that left a lasting impact on all who worked with you. You were not only a skilled professional but also a mentor, a leader, and a role model.

You were grounded, peaceful, and always welcoming—even to strangers. As kids, we were your biggest fans, proudly telling our neighbors that our dad was stronger than theirs. It might seem amusing now, but it speaks volumes about the strength and presence you brought to our lives during those formative years.

You taught us to live in harmony with others and to treat everyone with respect, for none of us knows what tomorrow holds. When you fell ill that Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, and we rushed you to the General Hospital, we believed you’d recover—after all, you were rarely ever sick. But little did we know that God had other plans for you that Sunday morning.

Daddy, continue to rest in the bosom of the Almighty.

TO MY RAY

May 15, 2025 | By: Emmanuel Ahiale

Revelation 21:4 (NIV)
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

My dearest Ray,

As once said by Helen Keller; "What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes part of us."

I am filled with gratitude for the love and happiness you brought into my life. Your kindness, sense of humor, and support captured my heart from the moment we met. You’ve been my rock, my best friend, and a good partner to me.

Your strength and resilience inspired me daily. No matter what life throws at us, we faced it with courage and grace. Your laughter filled our home with warmth and joy; even the simplest days felt special with you by my side. You made countless sacrifices for our family, especially for our children.

Through every challenge, you stood by me, throughout my sick days you showed me love and affection. How could you leave me when I needed you the most? This is not how I expected you to leave us, but I know the master needs you the most.

Ray, you will always be deeply loved and appreciated. I treasure every moment we shared and will carry your memory with me forever.

Rest in Peace, My Daddy.

Mawu nenɔ kpli wo Ray

A LIFE WELL LIVED

May 15, 2025 | By: Emmanuel Ahiale

John 11:25-26 (NIV)
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Softly out of the shadows, there came a gentle call, you took the hand God offered you and quietly left us all, and although we cannot hold you, we will never let you go.

Thank you for the memories and the lessons learned during our time together. I'll always cherish the good times and the love we shared. Our journey together may have ended, but I will never forget the impact you had on my life.

I hope your new life brings you joy, peace, and everything you deserve.

Forever in our hearts Daddy...

Till we meet again... Bye
